How to succeed with Poker Freerolls

Online poker freerolls is a special type of tourney where a special way of playing poker is needed to succeed. Here are 6 tips that can help you win online poker freeroll tourneys

1. Have Patience

This Rule is at the top, because we seriously believe this is the most important tip to be successful at freeroll tourneys. Freerolls usually have hundreds and hundreds of subscription and it can take hours before a tourney ends. So if you want to end at the final table, make sure you have lots of patience!

2. Be Aggressive.

Freerolls are multi-table tourneys, normally you're with 10 people at a table during the entire tourney. This means you have the advantage of not adapting to play against less players, but it is important to play aggressive when you get good cards. Top pairs like Aces and Kings should always be raised a lot before the flop. A terrible flop can always occur that make your aces of Kings far less powerful. So if you get good hands, a high pair or AK AQ, play aggressive!

3. Play less hands.

The same way as you should play aggressive, you should also play with absolute controle. This means you should be very selective in the hands you play. Be patience and don't try to be lucky at 'maybe hands'. Play "tight" and wait at good hands and play these hands aggressive. A good start is not to play any hands that have cards lower than an 8.

4.Use your table position

If you are at position one or two in the bet order, than K10 is not such a good hand. There are nine other players after you and if one of them has a pair, ace, KQ, KJ etc than you are ca5rds are the underdog already. But if you are at the end of the table than you can "limp in" with a Call or a Check. Then a K10 gives you a much better position. No one has raised yet, so your king can be good now and having a glance at the flop has become very valuable.

5. Play with variation.

Although it's very important that you have to play patiently and wait for a good hand, you shouldn't become to predicable. If you only play good hands, everyone will fold when you finally raise, because they know you have good hands. The problem with playing too little hands is that you win not enough, to break even with the blinds. Play with variation and become hard to read.

6. Avoid Bluffing!

Bluffing should be avoided at any cost, except for very special cases. There are always 10 people at a table and there is a very big chance that every round, someone has a good hand. Going all in with a bluf is the same as suicide at poker Freerolls.
